I started working with Kelvin towards the end of November of 2021. I must say that he is very supportive, skilful, intelligent and caring. I loved our Exercise Physiology sessions- they were great fun! Kelvin is to be commended for his relentless efforts to improve his clients' health and wellness. I honestly think he is a superstar! His services are amazing and the amount of attention he pays to his work is incredible!
Being wheelchair-bound, I was reluctant at first to go to the gym thinking
that I do not have the physical strength and capabilities to do the exercises.
Kelvin modified the exercises to match my strength and abilities. After a few
sessions, not only did I gain strength I also gained confidence.

Each time I train with him, I end up with results and he knows exactly how far to push me so I’m gaining strength and fitness but not making myself sick and losing motivation. I'm 81 now and have had Kelvin as my Exercise Physiologist for the last 18 months - yes I started late!
His genuine interest in helping me maintain my best quality of life by working on my Diabetes Cardio and Core has not only increased my core strength, but also amplified my confidence and sense of community. I will continue to see Kelvin twice a week for these sessions and highly recommend his work.
I have trained with Kelvin for the past three months and the amount of progress I've seen is awesome. I'm now able to train with the correct form and utilise my muscles accordingly. It has been a real eye-opener. I can't wait to see how the next couple of months ahead will show.
Kelvin epitomises what Exercise Physiology should be. My training is individualised to my requirements and needs, without the “gym junkie” mentality. I have seen vast improvement in my mental health and my chronic knee injury, I don’t need a knee brace any more. Kelvin is always supportive and very flexible with timing. I look forward to my sessions every week and would recommend Kelvin to anyone with a chronic condition looking to improve their health, wellbeing and fitness.
